Great communication throughout
Service was good, but the car had a service in August, then came back in September for an MOT and 2 weeks later the service light is on again to come back in 1000 miles. Probably just one of those things, but it's a bit frustrating.
Simply could not have been improved upon.
My recent visit was the result of a breakdown, as usual staff very helpful and kept me updated of progress and situation with repair.
Every thing was done that I asked for, then a telephone call was made to myself to say it was ready to collect, I was busy at the time so I paid over the phone, collected the keys when I was passing and collected the car later
Car booked in offered a lift into the town and picked up 2 hours later, perfect.
