Disappointed that such a premium brand had suffered a failure of such an expensive part so early on. Although BMW covered the cost of the part, my confidence has been knocked.
As above; quick, efficient & no hassle to me. Had booked a loan car (got a Mini) & that was all ready for me. Advised when service had been completed & picked up a nice, shiny valeted car. Only slight let-down was the boot had not been touched.
Technicians messing about putting cups on exhaust shows how little respect they treat the customers cars with, assume I was the lucky one who found out god knows what else they do

They job was carried out thoroughly and the itemised bill was easy to understand. Staff were helpful and were able to answer questions.
The car was unexpectedly kept overnight which caused me some inconvenience. I had two rear tyres replaced and the balancing weight on one of them sticks out over the rim and could even fall off. It catches my finger when cleaning the wheel.

Car picked up MOT'd, serviced, valeted and returned back to me.
The service was conducted at the appointed time and we were given a courtesy car which we appreciated.The team contacted us when the car was ready.The car was returned after cleaning which was great.
The few problems I've had with the car they were dealt with quickly and no fuss
Easy to book and great to have the courtesy car. However, surprisingly poor on fuel economy from courtesy car (BMW 1 series, around 37mpg from memory) doing normal driving round the Isle of Wight, no fast driving, no rapid braking!! Very unexpected:)
A garage should be able to carry out a service same day. Not over multiple days and multiple visits.
Snows have a monopoly on the IoW. Having bought numerous new BMW's from them I was I was very annoyed they would not lend me a roof rack for a day. So i used my Skoda instead and it was fine. So why waste money on another very expensive BMW.?

Everything that needed to be done was carried out correctly.
The centre went above and beyond in getting the car ready for me to drive away in a very short timeframe. Really accommodating in terms of test drives too. I am a demanding customer, given the money I'm spending, and the dealer met my demands.
The car was built within ~2 months of the order date, but then nobody could tell me when delivery to the UK was going to be. In the event, that took another 3 months, with no information provided, other than 'waiting at the port'. Unsatisfactory.
Delay to probable delivery date of two weeks. Service thereafter very good.
