My problem was dealt with in the usual efficient manner which included a road test to enable first hand experience of the noise in question. I can't speak highly enough of Paul the technician.

Vicky: very helpful & polite. I needed a replacement vehicle the same day so she managed to arrange it. Unfortunately, BMW customer services mucked it up by assuming (wrongly) that local Enterprise had a spare vehicle (maybe check first?).

My service was performed under the terms of a 5 year service contract arranged by the previous owner. That did not result in my being given a paper record of the service's having been carried out, although no doubt that exists digitally.

Car taken in at time agreed. We were offered a courtesy car, but decline and waited in the very comfortable seating area where we were made coffes by a very nice member of staff. The car was finished when we expected it to be. Good experience. thanks
