The few problems I've had with the car they were dealt with quickly and no fuss
Easy to book and great to have the courtesy car. However, surprisingly poor on fuel economy from courtesy car (BMW 1 series, around 37mpg from memory) doing normal driving round the Isle of Wight, no fast driving, no rapid braking!! Very unexpected:)
A garage should be able to carry out a service same day. Not over multiple days and multiple visits.
Snows have a monopoly on the IoW. Having bought numerous new BMW's from them I was I was very annoyed they would not lend me a roof rack for a day. So i used my Skoda instead and it was fine. So why waste money on another very expensive BMW.?

Everything that needed to be done was carried out correctly.
The car mechanics are perfect but your invoicing software is appalling. If a supermarket printed a receipt where the items did not correspond to the prices it would be laughed out of business. You seem to get away with it but I think it is dreadful.

Because my complaint has all but been dismissed and the reaction to my complaint has been one of denial on the part of Snows. I am extremely disappointed and will be writing to the press to inform the public to avoid using this dealer.
On this occasion the pick up and deliver back service worked. On two previous occasions it didn't.

They did exactly what was asked, the staff were polite and helpful,
It was all a smooth process, and the staff went the extra mile to be helpful.
