Gave permission for wiper to be changed, but it wasn't done Recall issue - wasn't completed as predicted so I had no car overnight, no offer of a free courtesy car, no apology or offer made

I have always had a disappointing relationship with Snow's Isle of Wight, including when I tried to buy the car, in the end I gave up and bought it from Snow's Portsmouth. The young man at reception was better than my previous experiences.

Tyre wasn't in stock however they Snows were able to outsource and provide a very quick workaround. On completion of the maintenance, the car was even given a clean

Good service.Battery replaced well. I would expect a discount on the "diagnostic service" if I booked the car with a low battery output saying that "most likely the battery requires replacement". Paying £120,- for what I knew already seemed excessive

Car was collected from my home but Snows wouldn't return vehicle expecting me to pay in full before they would return it! They didn't provide an invoice until I asked for one. I was not happy taking into account I have purchased 2/3 cars previously!

Positives: Staff were polite and apologetic - fine. Was not charged for the MOT because of the inconvenience, was given a car to use. Negatives: Poor communication and no free inspection video, although was told one had been done.

Staff were really friendly and efficient and updated me regularly while the car was with them
